This asymmetrical folded pair of earrings is all about surface. Initially inspired by origami art, these ear studs play with light and shadows to create depth. Designed to be worn as a coordinated set, each pair is made up of two slightly different pieces that match and complement each other.

All metals are brass finished with plating Rhodium, *Black Zinc on brass (*Nickel Free). Earring posts are surgical steel. The longer earring is 1 1/8″ long and 1/4″ at its widest. The shorter earring is 3/4″ long and 1/4″ wide. Available in Satin Silver or Matte Black.

From the Designer
Vanassa Chan, founder & designer of Pursuits, draws her inspiration from design, architecture, and fashion. She earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design in the United Kingdom and worked for years as a designer in Canada before launching Pursuits in 2014. Her background in interior architecture has deeply influenced her jewelry designs, and traces of her past career can be seen in the playful way she approaches composition and geometry. Her passion and desire to create pushes her to experiment with new materials: exploring combinations of surface and shape and their potential as wearable art.
