We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (typically within two business days).

No. You must create two separate orders.

Yes, as long as they have the order confirmation number.

Your order confirmation number, and your cell phone to tell our shop staff you’ve arrived.

We’ll keep your order for two weeks from the date of the email notification that your order is ready. If it’s not picked up after that time, we will send a reminder email to you to try to find an alternate time. If we are unable to reach you after three weeks your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to our inventory. Abandoned items are not eligible for refunds.

Yes! You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. You can also request a refund if required. Read our full refund policy here.
