In response to the ongoing efforts to reduce the variant spread of COVID-19, and the recent public health order to temporarily close art museums in the Regina area, the MacKenzie Art Gallery will be closing our doors to the public effective Wednesday, March 24, 2021 until further notice.
Please note there have been a number of changes implemented for the health and safety of the public as well as our staff. For a complete list of guidelines and safety measures, click here.
Timed ticketing is now being offered to ensure social distancing and comfort. Online and in-person ticket sales will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and includes both member and non-member admission. Visitors are encouraged to bring a digital copy of this ticket to the Gallery rather than a paper version. The Gallery is implementing hourly visitor capacity limits in order to ensure we are complying with social distancing and government health guidelines.
For seniors and those who are immune-compromised (and their companions): Wednesday mornings between 10 AM and 12 PM the Gallery will be reserved exclusively for you.
Please note that all visitors will be required to complete a self-assessment screening before entering the MacKenzie. Contactless payment helps fight the spread of COVID-19. We are encouraging visitors to use credit or debit but will accept cash as well.
