Purchasing Online

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. A MacKenzie Shop team member may contact you with a revised total or to clarify any details about your order. Once your items are shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email.

If your order is set for pickup, you may still be able to add more items. Just call or email us, and we’ll update your order accordingly. For orders being shipped, please get in touch as soon as possible. If we haven’t processed your order yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. We typically process orders within a few hours during our normal operating hours.
