At the heart of the evening is our Live  Art Auction, featuring one-of-a-kind works by locally, nationally, and internationally exhibited artists. Every ticket purchased and auction item sold at the Gala ensures that the MacKenzie continues to be a vibrant place where art, culture, and community come together. Your support enables us to enrich the lives of those in our community and beyond through our exhibitions and public programs.

Live Art Auction

The highlight of the evening will be our Live Art Auction, where you’ll have the chance to bid on one-of-a-kind artworks by renowned artists such as Pavlo Bovdur, Maia Stark, Cam Forrester, David Garneau, Iris Hauser, Meghan Hildebrand, Unsettled Bodies Collective (Sylvia Ziemann and Yuji Szero Lee),  Jefferson Little, Jay Dart, and many more!  Support the Gallery’s mission while securing a unique piece for your collection.

Bid By Proxy

For those unable to attend the Gala in person, we offer the option to bid by proxy. This means you can still participate in the exhilarating Live Art Auction from anywhere in the world.   

Simply follow these easy steps to bid by proxy:   

STEP 1: Browse through the live auction works and identify a piece that inspires you the most.  

STEP 2: Complete the Proxy Bid Form (available soon)  

STEP 3: At the Gala, our expert auctioneer will bid on your behalf during the Live Art Auction, aiming to secure your chosen artwork at the best price within your maximum bid.  

STEP 4: If your proxy bid emerges as the highest, you’ll be notified post-event for artwork delivery or collection. Congratulations! 

VOLUNTEER

Join us in making SENSORIA an unforgettable experience! We’re seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with set-up, take-down, and various roles during the event. Your involvement helps support the MacKenzie and its mission to bring art and culture to life in our community.
