Can I pick up some items in my order and ship others to my house?
No. You must create two separate orders.
Can someone else pickup my order?
Yes, as long as they have the order confirmation number.
What if I want pickup my order in-store and do more shopping in the MacKenzie Shop?
You can! Our current MacKenzie Shop hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 AM – 5:30 PM, Thursdays 10 AM – 9:00 PM, and Saturdays & Sundays 11 AM – 5:30 PM.
What do I bring when picking up my order?
Your order confirmation number, your cell phone to tell our shop staff you’ve arrived, and a mask is recommended.
How long do I have to pickup my order? What happens if I forget to pick it up?
We’ll keep your order for two weeks from the date of the email notification that your order is ready. If it’s not picked up after that time, we will send a reminder email to you to try to find an alternate time. If we are unable to reach you after three weeks your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to our inventory. Abandoned items are not eligible for refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. You can also request a refund if required. Read our full refund policy here.
