We are currently offering curbside pickup. Curbside pickup is available Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays between 2:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

Here’s how it works:

  • Place your online order and select curbside pickup.
  • Wait for your email confirmation that the order is ready for pickup.
  • Upon arrival, have your order number ready, park in front of the main doors to the T.C. Douglas Building, and call 306 584 4250 ext 4270. No ID is required.
  • A member of our team will bring your package to your vehicle.

Curbside pickup safety:

  • MacKenzie staff members will be wearing a mask when they pack your order and during curbside pickup interactions. Our staff disinfect their hands frequently throughout the day.
  • We ask all customers to wear masks as well.
  • Physical distancing will be practiced during the pickup as much as possible.
  • If you would like your order placed in your trunk, please have it open, otherwise staff will hand it to you.

When will my order be ready?

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (typically within two business days). Curbside pickup hours are between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

What if I can’t pick up my order during Curbside Pickup hours?

Please e-mail orders@mackenzie.art to set up an alternative time.

Can I pick up some items in my order and ship others to my house?

No. You must create two separate orders.

Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes, as long as they have the order confirmation number.

What if I want pickup my order in-store and do more shopping in the MacKenzie Shop?

You can! Our current MacKenzie Shop hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 AM – 5:30 PM, Thursdays 10 AM – 9:00 PM,  and Saturdays & Sundays 11 AM – 5:30 PM.

What do I bring when picking up my order?

Your order confirmation number, your cell phone to tell our shop staff you’ve arrived, and a mask is recommended.

How long do I have to pickup my order? What happens if I forget to pick it up?

We’ll keep your order for two weeks from the date of the email notification that your order is ready. If it’s not picked up after that time, we will send a reminder email to you to try to find an alternate time. If we are unable to reach you after three weeks your order will be cancelled and the items will be returned to our inventory. Abandoned items are not eligible for refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. You can also request a refund if required. Read our full refund policy here.
